Harlan requires a deposit at the time of appointment request.
Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE, NON TRANSFERABLE, and will come off the final price of the tattoo. In the event of multiple sessions, your deposit will come off the final session.
Cancellations under 48 hours, no shows, or arriving over 30 minutes late; can and will result in the loss of your deposit.
Please show up well rested and on time.
Not every design can be finished in the allotted amount of time. Multiple sessions may be required.
